How do I pay?
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD. MMEST Market never sees or stores your card details.
When does the seller get paid?
Paystack splits every payment automatically at settlement: the seller's share goes straight to their bank subaccount and the platform commission is deducted for them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Send us a message below with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned through Paystack to your original payment method.
Delivery
Who delivers my order?
Each seller arranges delivery for their own items, so an order with products from several sellers may arrive as separate deliveries.
How do I check my order status?
Sign in and open Orders to see the current status of everything you have bought.

How do I become a seller?
Apply at Become a seller with your business name and payout bank details. Our team reviews every application, and once approved your Paystack subaccount is set up for payouts.
What does it cost to sell?
There are no listing fees. We take a small commission from each sale at payment time, so you only pay when you earn.

How do I sign in?
Create an account with your email address and a password, or continue with Google or Facebook. Use the Sign in link at the top of any page.
