Questions about an order?
Check your order status first under Your orders. If something still looks wrong, raise it on the Help page under the Order or Delivery category with your order number, and we will chase it down.
Payment issues?
If you were debited and your order still shows unpaid, do not pay again. Tell us on the Help page under the Payment category and include your order number; charges that do not complete are reversed by Paystack.
Returning an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of payment, right from the order's page. Track progress under Your returns. Questions about a return in progress also belong on the Help page.
Selling on MMEST Market?
Read how payouts work, then apply to become a seller. Existing sellers with account or payout questions can reach us via the Help page under the Selling category.
